Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

A prayer for modification of the order passed by this Court is made on the ground that the date of the order was wrongly mentioned as "07.04.2022" instead of 13.06.2022". As a result, the petitioner could not submit representation as directed by this Court.

Considering the submissions as above, necessary correction be made to the order passed on 13.06.2022. 5.
It is submitted that the petitioner has not yet been relieved. 6.
Considering the submissions as above, the petitioner is granted liberty to submit the representation against the order of transfer within a period of seven days from today. In case such a representation is filed, the opposite party no.1 shall consider the same in accordance with law taking note of the facts contended by the petitioner within a period of seven days from
the date of receipt of such representation. Till such date, the petitioner shall not be relieved, if not already relieved. 7.
I.A. is disposed of.
