2. The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:

"It is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be please to admit the Writ Petition, Issue rule NISI in the nature of writ of mandamus and/ or any other appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions calling upon opp. parties, to show cause as to why necessary directions shall not be issued to the opp. parties, to clear up the dues as admissible as per order dtd. 04.04.2015, passed by Registrar Cooperative Societies, and further prays for consideration of the grievance petition of the petitioner within a stipulated time period.

And if the opp. parties fails to show cause or show

insufficient and/ or false cause make the said rule NISI absolute;

And may pass such other appropriate order/ orders, direction/ directions and grant any other relief/ reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled; And allow the writ petition with costs"

3. It appears that the order in Dispute case No.269 of 2011 was passed by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Orissa as far back as on 04.04.2015, but the same is yet to be implemented. Ventilating his grievance, the Petitioner has filed several representations, the latest being on 20.12.2021 which is enclosed to the writ petition as Annexure-4.

Considering the fact that the representation relating to noncompliance of the order is pending before the competent authority, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the said representation within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
