As directed, learned Sessions Judge-cum-Judge (Special Court), Sambalpur has submitted that the copy of the order dated 16.11.2022 passed by this Court was not placed before him by the Office prior to 30.11.2022 and that he came to know about such order only on receipt of the Court's email letter on 30.11.2022. Thereafter, he enquired regarding receipt of the Court's order dated 16.11.2022 in the office and accordingly, a copy of the order was placed before him on 01.12.2022. Under such circumstances, an explanation has been called for from the 'responsible staff' for taking appropriate action against him in the matter. 3.

Learned Sessions Judge is further directed to inform this Court as to the detailed particulars of the staff against whom action is being contemplated and what explanation the said staff has submitted for the laches.

Report of the Sessions Judge should reach this Court by 12th December, 2022.
