1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. The Petitioners have approached this Court with the following prayer:

"Under the aforesaid circumstances more fully narrated h ere in above, the petitioners most humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition and issue "RULE NISI" calling upon the Opp.

Parties to show cause as to why the encroachment made by Opp. Party No.4 to 7 over Govt. land in plot No.687 & 688 in Mauza- Barabatia under tahasil Bhogarai shall not be removed to restore egress and ingress to plot No.684 to have access of the petitioners to the main road in plot No.1842 as per map annexure-1.

If the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or

insufficient cause the Rule may be made absolute; In the alternative this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct Opp. Party No.2, Collector, Baleswar to dispose of the representation under Annexure-3 within a time stipulated."

3. It appears that ventilating such grievance, the Petitioner has submitted representation to the Tahasildar, Bhogarai on 18.10.2021. The same is said to be pending till date.

4. Considering the fact that the representation relating to noncompliance of the order is pending before the competent authority, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of the said representation, if not already disposed of within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, after granting the opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties.
