CORAM:

THE JUSTICE S.PUJAHARI

ORDER

20.06.2022 11.

1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

2. This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner for extension of time to surrender before the court in seisin over the matter.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

4. It appears that this Court vide order dated 04.04.2022 directed that the N.B.W. having been issued against the Petitioner, if the Petitioner surrenders before the court in seisin over the matter within three weeks, he shall be released on bail and also directed to dispose of the proceeding within a month. But the Petitioner without surrendering before the court in seisin over the matter has tried to avoid the process of the court in one pretext or another. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to extend the time of surrendering of the Petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the I.A stands dismissed.
