Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody being remanded on 24.09.2021 in connection with Chandapur P.S. Case No.12 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.37 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Ranapur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 294/506/34 of IPC read with Section 25/27 of Arms Act.

It is alleged that while the informant along with some other persons were sleeping in the club house, the petitioner and other persons came and abused them in filthy language and fired on them. It is submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the entire allegations are omnibus in nature.

Considering the above facts, materials on record, period of detention in custody and the fact that charge sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the

petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the Court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. Further he shall appear before the IIC of Chandapur Police Station once in every fortnight for a period of six months.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
