This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.41 of 2022, pending on the files of learned Special Judge, Gajapati, arising out of Adava P.S. Case No.55 of 2022, under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.

Taking into account that the contraband to the tune of 442 Kgs 100 gm. and the investigation is apt to be concluded, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application at this stage. 6.
It shall be open to the petitioner to move this Court at a later stage after filing of charge sheet..

With such liberty the BLAPL stands disposed of. 8.
