This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Rajkanika P.S. Case No.135 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.277 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Aul for alleged commission of offences under sections 363/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Since the informant's minor daughter, who is
// 2 // aged about fifteen years has been kidnapped and according to the learned counsel for the State that the victim has not been rescued and there is prima facie material against the petitioners, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
