Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. On the last occasion by order dated 5th August, 2022, this Court had directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to inform the status of the case whether the investigation is still underway or it has been concluded. Even today, there is no information shared by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the fact that the matter is of the year 2015, the Court is not inclined to indulge itself further and therefore, CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to revive the petition in the event any cause of action survives.
