This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

In view of the fact that in course of investigation, no material has been collected as to the involvement of Petitioner No.1, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this application in so far as Petitioner No.1 is concerned. In view of the above, the ABLAPL in respect of Petitioner No.1 stands dismissed as not pressed and the same now remains confined in respect of the Petitioner No.2 (hereinafter called as 'the Petitioner') 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding

// 2 // circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner (Ramesh Kumar Panda) and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in Dhenkanal P.S. Case No.308 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No.684 of 2022 pending on the file of S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal within four weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
