This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Mr. M.S. Rizvi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department on instruction submitted that no first information report has yet been registered against the petitioner.

Since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. The petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy after the registration of the F.I.R. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
