Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

In further consideration of the issue involved herein, this Court records the submission of Mr. Panda, learned Additional Government Advocate, who on instruction submits that for there is some technical difficulty, the correction required to be done involving the petitioner is taking some time. Thus, a request is made for grant of some further time to come up with the necessary correction in terms of the request of the petitioner.

This Court for the recording of the assurance given by the public authority through their counsel, finds there is no requirement of keeping the writ petition pending any further and thus disposes of the writ petition directing the competent authority to do required exercise involving necessary correction in the record-of-right involving the petitioner at least within a period of two weeks hence. 4.

A free copy of this order be handed over to the learned State Counsel for doing the needful.
