This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following relief:
"Therefore, it is humbly prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties more specifically Opp. Party nos.3 and 4 to allow the benefits under 2nd Revised Assured Carrier Progression Scheme (RACP) under Annexure-2 in favour of the petitioner immediately from the date of notification vide notification No.9769 dated 08.06.2015 with all arrear dues."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that highlighting her grievance, Petitioner has filed a representation before the Collector, Mayurbhanj, Opposite Party No.3, on which, no decision has been taken as yet. Accordingly, a prayer has been
// 2 // made to direct the Opposite Party Nos.3 and 4 to dispose of the said representation expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the Authority to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Collector, Mayurbhanj, Opposite Party No.3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 22.02.2022 (Annexure-5) within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Opposite Party No.3 is also directed to consider the said representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law and shall dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. It is made clear that in the event it is found that Petitioner is eligible for the benefit, the amount shall be disbursed to her within one month thereafter.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
