This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 2594 of 2019 corresponding to S.T. Case No. 66 of 2022 arising out of Barang P.S. Case No. 221 of 2019, pending on the file of the Learned C.J.M.-cum-A.S.J., Cuttack for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-394 of the I.P.C. read with Sections-25/27 Arms Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned C.J.M.-cum-A.S.J., Cuttack by Order dtd. 21.05.2022 in S.T. No.66 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account the criminal proclivity of the petitioner as stated in the impugned order, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application for bail. The bail application of the petitioner stands rejected.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands dismissed.
