This is the second journey of the Petitioner who is in custody in connection with EOW Bhubaneswar P.S. Case No.21 of 2016 corresponding to C.T. Case No.01 of 2017 pending on the file of learned Presiding Officer, Designated Court under the OPID Act, Cuttack, for commission of offence under Section -4/5/6 of the PCMCS (Banning) Act read with Section-6 of the OPID Act, in filling this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for reconsideration of his prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner in the above mentioned case. 3.
Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State in OPID cases.

Keeping in view the submissions made, the record as placed being perused; it is seen that the Court in seisin of the case was last moved by the Petitioner for his release on bail on 20.06.2019 and in the meantime, there has been progress in the
// 2 // trial, which is stated to be going on. In view of the above, at this stage while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner, the Application stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer for grant of bail citing all such developments which have taken place in the meantime including the factum of grant of bail to the coaccused person(s) in their proper perspective for its early disposal in accordance with law.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
