This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. is filed for modification of order dated 12.08.2022. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner was directed to be released on bail by order dated 12.08.2022 he is still in custody because he is not in position to arrange the cash security of Rs.2 Lakhs in terms of the order. 5.

Considering the recitals in the I.A. and submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner regarding the hardship faced, this Court in the interest of justice reduces the cash security from Rs.2 lakhs to Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one Lakh only). 6.

Other conditions shall remain unaltered.

According, the I.A. stands disposed of.
