CORAM:

ORDER
04.08.2022 Order No.
08.
1. This is an application under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. for bail and the offences alleged are under Secs.302/506/34, I.P.C.
2. Heard Mr. P.S. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. B. Panigrahi, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.
3. Upon hearing both the parties and considering the submissions, specifically the number of criminal antecedents, I do not find any reason to differ from the earlier order of this Court dated 17.11.2020 passed in BLAPL No.11312 of 2019 to release the Petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.
4. The BLAPL is dismissed.
