This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following relief:
"Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ applicable and direct to the Opposite parties to fix the grade pay as well as releasing the grade pay of scale of the Petitioenr amounting of Rs.5400/- after 30 years of service, as per Clause-10 of the Govt. Resolution dated 06.02.2013 i.e. Rs.2400/- for 1st RACP w.e.f 01.01.2013 and grade pay of Rs.4600/- towards 2nd RACP w.e.f. 01.01.2013 and grade pay of Rs.5400/- towards 3rd RACP, after 30 years of service as per the Govt. Resolution dtd.06.02.2013, as deemed just and proper."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that ventilating his grievance, Petitioner has filed a representation before the Opposite Party No.5, dated 10.05.2022 under Annexure-6, which according to the Petitioner is pending for consideration.

Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Divisional Forest Officer, K.L. Division, Angul, Opposite Party No.5 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 10.05.2022 (Annexure-6) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law, by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
