3. The Petitioner being in custody in Sessions Case No.75/01 of 2013-15, arising out of Tarava P.S. Case No.64 of 2013 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge, Sonepur has filed this petition for his release on bail on the ground of marriage of his daughter. The offence alleged against the Petitioner is punishable under Sections 302/506/34 IPC.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner is inside the custody for more than 8 years and the trial is yet to be completed and as such he has prayed for interim release of the Petitioner on the ground of his daughter's marriage.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the submissions made, it is directed that the Petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of fifteen days from the date of his release in connection with the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem it just and proper provided the bail bond as well as affidavit is filed by 4th March, 2022 and ensure return of the Petitioner to custody on the 16th day of his release. However, the surrender certificate must be filed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner before this Court by 20th day of his release. 6.

With the aforesaid order, the I.A as well as BLAPL stands disposed of.
