1. The amount involved in this appeal for a death case is just Rs.1.34 lakhs. The accident happened in 2001. In the circumstances, the Court is not inclined to interfere.

2. The appeal is accordingly dismissed. If the Appellant produces the proof before the Registry of having deposited the entire awarded amount before the MACT concerned, the statutory deposit made in this Court will be refunded to the Appellant with interest accrued thereon, if any.
