Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that in spite of grant of time to him on earlier dates, he having made correspondence with the Appellant, no response has yet been received from her so as to pursue the Appeal further. In view of lapse of more than 12 years since filing of this appeal and in the absence of any instruction from the Appellant; he expresses his inability to argue the matter.

In the above state of affair, the Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
