This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 8th April, 2011 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Crl. Proceeding No. 87 of 2011 (CMC 465 of 2009). 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks for an adjournment.

Defects pointed out by the S.R. have not yet been removed. In the meantime, eleven years has elapsed. But, neither any step has been taken for removal of defect nor learned counsel moved the RPFAM. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer made by learned counsel for the Petitioner. 5.
