Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Order No.

applicant and submits, his client was writ petitioner. The writ petition was disposed of by order dated 27th July, 2022. In term thereof, his client paid Rs.75,250/- within the time directed the vehicle was released but, thereafter, his client fell ill with Dengue. In the circumstances, his client seeks extension of time, given by said order up to 30th September, 2022, till 31st December, 2022. 2.

Mr. Sourav, learned advocate appears on behalf of the bank and opposes the prayer. He submits, re-scheduling of installments repayment has been done away with by Reserve Bank of India.

// 2 // Applicant has not paid current installments fallen due, let alone clearing the arrears.

In view of submissions as above, Court thinks fit to extend the time from 30th September, 2022 till 31st December, 2022, all other directions in order dated 27th July, 2022 remaining unchanged and to be complied with accordingly.

This modification is being made on reliance of submissions made by Mr. Mohanty that his client will liquidate aggregate arrear installments by 31st December, 2022, while continuing to pay current installments falling due.

The application is disposed of.
