This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks correction of the caste of the recorded tenant in respect of Khata No.34 of mouza Manatri under Soro Tahasil in the district of Balasore on the basis of the final decree of C.S. No.130 of 2016 of the court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Soro.

In course of hearing, Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner files a revision under Section 15(b) of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Act, 1958 for correction of the caste of the Petitioner in the R.O.R. under Annexure-3. Thus, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy in accordance with law.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
