The Petitioners in this CMP seek to assail the order dated 25th April, 2022 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Cuttack in Civil Suit No.1010 of 2019, whereby an application filed by the PlaintiffOpposite Party No.1 under Order I Rule 8(A) C.P.C. was rejected.

In course of hearing, Ms. Singh, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the CMP to work out their remedy in accordance with law.

In view of such submission, this CMP is disposed of as withdrawn.

Certified copy of the impugned order under Annexure-1 shall be returned to learned counsel for the Petitioners on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.
