Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, the hypothecated vehicle no. OD29H/6592 met with accident and is undergoing repairs. In those other circumstances there has been default. He has made representation to the bank.

Mr. Sourav, learned advocate appears on behalf of the bank and submits, the representation of petitioner will be duly dealt with. 3.

The bank will inform petitioner result on consideration of his representation dated 12th April, 2022 within two weeks of communication. 4.
