1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. It submitted that by letter dated 16.04.2021 and 01.09.2021, the Sub-Collector, Balasore acting on the petition filed by the Petitioner directed the Tahasildar, Remuna to cause inquiry and to take necessary steps in the matter. However, the Tahasildar, Remuna is yet to implement the said instructions.
3. The Petitioner has approached the Tahasildar, Remuna by submitting a representation on 08.11.2021, enclosed as Annexure-6 to the writ petition.
4. Having regard to the above fact and without entering into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tahasildar, Remuna (OP No.4) to dispose of the aforementioned representation within a period of four weeks in accordance with law after giving proper opportunity of hearing to all concerned, if not
already disposed of.
