1. The counter affidavit filed by the Opposite Parties indicates that encroachment cases were registered against one of them and even orders have been passed against two of them arising out of those proceedings a writ petition also pending in this Court and an appeal before the Sub-Collector.

2. It will be open to the Petitioner to follow up on the progress of those cases in accordance with law. As far as the pending encroachment cases are concerned, a direction is issued to the Opposite Parties State to expedite those cases and conclude them within a period of six months from today. No further directions are called for.
