This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Opposite Parties to ensure the free and fair nomination process and complete the election of Erein Service Co-operative Society, Bhadrak.

Mr. Dhal, learned counsel appearing for the State Cooperative Election Commissioner submits that a fresh election notification in respect of the said Co-operative Society shall be issued for conduct of election.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel also submits that since there was some disruption at the stage of filing of nomination, fresh election notification shall be issued. 5.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, which is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
