This writ petition involves promotion aspect. Undisputedly at the time of raising the dispute the Petitioner was already attained the age of 50 years. Petitioner is already superannuated in the meantime. Learned counsel for Petitioner has no instruction as to whether any other promotion taken place prior to superannuation of the Petitioner. Since the Petitioner is already superannuated in the meantime, this Court finds, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon by this Court any further. 2.
