Writ petition involves a claim that in entertaining the grievance Order No.

of the Petitioner in the matter of demarcation, the Deputy Collector, (Revenue) by its order vide Annexure-6 directed the Tahasildar, Balipatna to take necessary action in the matter as per law and also to furnish the action taken report at an early date. Such order was passed on 19.05.2022. It is alleged that even though one month has passed in the meantime, there is no improvement involving this issue. 2.

Keeping the above in view, this Court finds, the Petitioner should have given a breathing time to the Tahasildar, Balipatna, since the direction of the Deputy Collector, (Revenue) involved was hardly passed on 19.05.2022.

Be that as it may, this Court observes, once the Deputy Collector, (Revenue), Bhubaneswar has given a direction to the Tahasildar, Balipatna in the manner at Annexure-6, the same needs to be worked out. In the process this Court in disposal of the writ petition

// 2 // directs the Tahsildar, Balipatna to work out the direction in Annexure6 involving the Demarcation Case No.4 of 2021 at least within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the Petitioner.
