1. The discharge certificate produced by the Claimant did not show Order No.

that any injury was suffered by the claimant in the accident in question. Consequently, the Tribunal has not entertained the claim.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the Appellant, the Court is not persuaded to take a different view in the matter. With the injury not having been proved, the claim could not have been entertained.

3. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
