This matter is taken up by hybrid arranged (virtual/physical) mode.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the State that complaint petition vide ICC Case No.05 of 2017 having been forwarded to the IIC, Bhadrak Town Police Station Case No.307 of 2018 had been registered at the said P.S. He further submits that in the meantime on completion of investigation, Final Form has been submitted as 'NO CLUE'.

In view of the above submission, learned Counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this application seeking liberty to renew the same in case cause of action so arises in future. 4.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order passed on 24.08.2020 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
