Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

Petitioner confines her request involving construction at the instance of the public authority to the extent of at least putting a compound wall around the area in a way not to disturb the Petitioner's personal land. However on perusal of the representation under Annexure-2, this Court finds, the representation is filed in a different context. It is, at this stage of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition to file an appropriate representation before the Competent Authority for considering her case in the matter of construction of compound wall and not bring any such construction of boundary wall over the disputed land. 3.

In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is permitted to withdraw, but however, with liberty to the Petitioner. In the event any such representation is filed within ten days hence along with copy of this order, the Competent Authority shall do well to take prompt action ensuring there is no disturbance on the private land. 4.

Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
