This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the award dated 29.11.2006 as passed in I.D. Case No.48 of 2000 having read with the order dated 02.05.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.11997 of 2019 has been complied with by way of reinstating the petitioner as unskilled labour at RWS & S Division, Bolangir. That apart, the process for payment of the entire back wages, as directed, is in the pipe line.

In view of the above development, according to Mr. Das, learned counsel, this writ petition has become infructuous. 4.

Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Opp. Parties has submitted that the position as taken by Mr. Das, learned counsel is entirely correct.

In view of the above noted development, this writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same stands disposed of. 6.

It is made absolutely clear that, if for any reason regarding payment, any dispute arises, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal. 7.

The papers produced by Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner be placed on record.
