This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 13th October 2009 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur in 1.C.C. No.60 of 2009, taking cognizance of the offence under Section 138 of N.I. Act.

No one appears on behalf of both the parties. 4.

The case is of the year 2011.

As such, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution.

Interim order dated 19th May, 2011 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.1044 of 2011 stands vacated. 8.

If the aforesaid case is not concluded in the meanwhile, the same be concluded expeditiously. 9.
