Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the illegal rejection of his nomination for the election of members of Bagalpur Cooperative Society, Tentuliapalli in the district of Ganjam.

Since the Petitioner has statutory remedy for redressal of his grievance by filing a properly constituted election dispute before learned State Cooperative Tribunal after declaration of the result of the ensuing Cooperative Societies Election, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

4.1 It is, however, open for the Petitioner to file a properly constituted election dispute assailing the rejection of his

// 2 // nomination, if so advised before learned State Cooperative Tribunal which can be considered in accordance with law. 5.

With observation, as aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of.
