The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the Letter No.7656 dated 11th May, 1997 and Letter No.4584 dated 10th June, 2020 issued by the PIO-cum-District Education Officer, Balasore and also prays for a direction to deliver the vacant possession of Plot No.741 to an extent of Ac.0.35 decimals, Plot No. 742 to an extent of Ac.0.01 decimals under Khata No.511 situated in mouza Mubarakpur under Soro Tahasil by evicting Satyananda High School from the said land. 3.

It appears from the order sheet that on 15th July, 2022 and 5th August, 2022, the matter stood adjourned on the prayer of learned counsel for the Petitioner. Today, none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter.
