This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 14th March, 2011 passed by the learned J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar in 1.C.C. No.145 of 1996 wherein the petition filed by him to call for the document, i.e., the application form of dealership and to call for two witnesses, namely, Arun Singh and K.D. Pattnaik, who were present at the time of presentation of cheques, has been rejected.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

Notice on the sole Opposite Party has not been sufficient.

Since the court below taking note of the relevant facts and circumstances and also the law in this regard having

// 2 // allowed the prayer of the Opposite Party-accused, I see no illegality and infirmity in the impugned order. 6.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.

Interim order dated 17th December, 2011 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.1062 of 2011 stands vacated. 8.

Order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
