Perused the record. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to make payment forthwith of fair compensation amount to the petitioner in respect of the land acquired and to provide rehabilitation and resettlement benefit. 4.

Since this case is of the year 2018, none appears for the Petitioner and as such defects pointed by the SR have not been removed, this Court is not inclined to grant further adjournment.
