This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 22nd April, 2011 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Crl. Proceeding No. 98 of 2011, whereby he directed the Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- per month to the Opposite Party towards maintenance from the date of the application i.e. from 3rd March, 2010.

Mr. Biswal, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

Accordingly, this RPFAM is dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.

The Petitioner may work out his remedy, if cause of action still survives.
