Mr. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and files affidavit pursuant to order dated 16th November, 2022. With it he hands up banker's cheque no.000154 dated 21st November, 2022 in favour of Tahsildar, Lahunipara for Rs.2,00,000/- (rupees two lakhs). He submits, by 31st December, 2022 his client will pay balance Rs.1,00,000/- for having licence over the Fishery Ghat till 31st March, 2023.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State. The banker's cheque is handed over to him.

Petitioner will pay balance Rs.1,00,000/- (rupees one lakh) by 31st December, 2022, for having permission of user in respect of the Fishery Ghat up to 31st March, 2023. In event

petitioner does not pay the balance by 31st December, 2022, it will be open for State to take such steps in accordance with law regarding user of the Fishery Ghat.

Mr. Das prays for further direction for issuance of fresh licence in terms of this order. That will not be required as certified copy of this order will speak for itself. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.

6.

Certified copy, if duly applied for, be granted on urgent basis.
