The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to include the name of the Petitioner in the voter list of Birtunga Service Co-operative Society in the district of Puri. 4.

In course of hearing, Mr. Pati, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to agitate his grievance by filing a properly constituted election dispute. 5.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
