This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

In course of hearing of the CRLMC, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the impugned order granting interim maintenance to opposite parties was passed long back, the petitioner desires to make an appropriate application afresh for alteration of the impugned order which was confirmed in revision by the Revisional Court U/S. 397/399 of Cr.P.C. and he, thereby, prays to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court in seisin of the case afresh for alteration of the impugned order and in such event, the observation of the Revisional Court should not come in the way of disposal of such application on merit.

In view of the limited prayer advanced on behalf of the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits, disposes of the CRLMC with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court in seisin of the matter in appropriate application afresh and in such event, the concerned Court is requested to dispose of such

// 2 // application in accordance with law without being influenced by the observation of the Revisional Court.

The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
