This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to pay the Advocate's Welfare Fund fees of Rs.50/- in course of the day. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 4.
This is the second journey of the petitioner to this Court assailing the process of selection of Anganwadi Worker in "PATRALPALI" Anganwadi Center under the administrative control of the C.D.P.O., Belpada. (Opposite Party No.5) in the district of Bolangir.

It is on record that, earlier the petitioner had moved this Court by filing W.P.(C) No. 9381 of 2022 and by Order dtd. 13.04.2022, this Court directed, the representation to be considered. 6.
It is submitted that, notwithstanding the order passed by this Court and in patent violation of the Guidelines, though the Opposite Party No.6 has not submitted the Residential Certificate which is a mandatory requirement as per the Guideline, the Opposite Party No.3 on extraneous considerations are trying to favour in Opposite Party No.6.

Taking into account the limited nature of the grievance, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the Sub-Collector, Patanagarh (Opposite Party No.3) again and file the copy of the writ petition to be treated as representation along with this Order. 8.
If such the appellate authority is moved within one week as undertaken, it shall be open to the Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision in the matter within a period of four weeks hence, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and Opposite Party No.6. 9.
The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. 10.
