The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.112 of 2021 arising out of Deogaon P.S. Case No.21 of 2021, pending on the files of learned S.D.J.M. Bolangir, under Sections 302/ 149/ 449/ 148/147 of IPC.

Considering the statement of the informant Nilambar Raut and the nature of injuries as borne out from the Post-mortem report, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application at this stage. 5.

The BLAPL accordingly stands rejected.
