This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed in the disposed of bail application for release of the Petitioner on anticipatory bail. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that although he has been released on interim bail by the trial court, the trial court is not hearing the bail application of the Petitioner finally. 4.

Therefore, the trial court is directed to finally hear and dispose of the bail application of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from today. 5.

The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
