1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Demonstrator in Chemistry Department of Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla. He had been working in the said University for last seven years. However, recently, a termination notice has been sent to the present petitioner. Since the petitioner has rendered service for the last seven years and he has been over aged to get any employment under any other public authority, he should not have been terminated at this stage. The petitioner has approached this Court for protecting him from the axe of termination. In such view of the matter, the petitioner has also filed a representation before the opposite party No.2- Registrar, Veer Surendra Sai

// 2 // University of Technology, Burla for protection of his service and the said representation is still pending.

In view of pendency of such representation, the opposite party No.2- Registrar, Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order not later than 31st of July, 2022. The petitioner is also directed to produce a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.2- Registrar, Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla within a period of ten days from today.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
