1. Two petitioners filed the present contempt petition claiming non-compliance with the order dated 18th December, 2012 passed by this Court. Admittedly, Petitioner No.2 has no surviving grievance as in his case the order has been complied with.
2. As far as the Petitioner No.1 is concerned it is stated in para 9 of the show cause affidavit of the Opposite Parties that despite the Petitioner No.2 being sent a notice asking for the details of her having taken +3 classes at Ravenshaw College, Cuttack as claimed in the petition, the letter dispatched was been returned with the comment 'left'.
3. It will be open to the Petitioner No.1 even now to furnish the Opposite Parties details of her having been engaged in +3 Classes, not later than 4th July, 2022. In terms of such kabita
// 2 // information, the payment will be made to her within a period of four weeks thereafter.
4. No further directions are called for. The contempt petition is disposed of.
