Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Even though a clear statement is made by learned counsel for Petitioner that there has been notice at Annexure-B/2 of the counter to appear and assist the authority to resolve the dispute here, Petitioner by filing additional affidavit submits that he has never been issued with any such notice but however Petitioner is showing readiness to cooperate the Registrar, Utkal University for having appropriate discussion to resolve the dispute between Petitioner and Opposite Parties. Mr.Mohapatra, learned counsel for Opposite Parties has no objection to the request of the Petitioner. Recording the undertaking of the Petitioner and without entering any controversy at this point of time, disposing of the Writ Petition, this Court permits the Petitioner to appear before the Registrar, Utkal University on 29th September, 2022 along with copy of this order of this Court. On such appearance Registrar shall do well in undertaking necessary exercise to resolve the
